To get happiness = spending quality time with friends and family.
family=> busy working.
why? => for money to give us material wealth which to them is known as "happiness".
well, that's really temporary.
but seriously, money is something we all can't live without.

Everybody goes for qualifications nowadays.
so experience and talent comes subsequently.
